Annual Accounts and Deferment of AGM

BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on improving productivity and creating operational efficiencies in the workplace by collecting and reporting workforce analytics, advises that the audit of the annual accounts for the year ended 30 June 2017 is at an advanced stage but has not yet been completed. Discussions continue with the Company Auditors with a view to completing as soon as possible.

The AGM held on 22 December 2017 was adjourned until 17 January 2018 for the Annual Report (including the annual accounts) to be tabled. As the report is not yet available, the AGM will now reconvene on 26 February 2018. Further details of the time and location of the reconvened meeting will be announced shortly.
