on the Publication of Preliminary Financial Results for 2016
S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors about the publication of the Unaudited Preliminary Results for 2016 and the organisation of a conference call, on February 16, 2017, namely:
Ø The Unaudited Preliminary Results for 2016 will be available as from February 16, 2017, 8:30 AM (Romania time):
· on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro;
· on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;
· on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Annual Reports - 2016 and
· printed, at the headquarters of the Company, Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu county.
The unaudited preliminary financial statements are prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.
Ø The conference call with the investors and financial analysts to present the unaudited preliminary results is scheduled for February 16, 2017, starting with 1:00 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.
