Establishment, within S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. Board of Directors, of Risk Management Committee and approval of the committee membership

 

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs its shareholders and investors that, in the meeting held on October 18, 2023, by Decision no. 94, the Board of Directors approved the establishment of new advisory committee within the Board of Directors namely, Risk Management Committee, consisting of 3 members.

In the same meeting, the membership of the Risk Management Committee was established as follows:

 

·  Mr. Marius Gabriel NUT - Chairman

· Mr. Botond BALAZS - member

· Mr. Razvan BRASLA - member
