Announcement re:Q12015 Results and Conference Call

A N N O U N C E M E N T

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors upon the modification of the 2015 Financial Communication Calendar as follows:

- The release of the Quarterly Report and the Individual Interim Financial Statements for Q1 2015 on May 12, 2015. The Reports will be available:

- on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro;

- on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;

- on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Interim Reports and

- in printed format, at the headquarters of the Company, C.I. Motas square no.4, Sibiu county.

- The management of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. organizes on May 14, 2015, at 1:30 PM (Romania time), a conference call with analysts and investors for presenting the quarterly financial results Q1 2015.

The conference call will be held in English and it is a presentation of financial results followed by a Q&A session.

Participation to the event will be possible based on the registration form that has to be filled in on the Company's website at the Investor Relations → News and Events section until May 14, 2015, 11:00 AM (Romania time). Such form will be available starting from May 7, 2015.

Details related to connecting to the conference call shall be submitted to all participants that filled the registration form, after the expiry of the registration period.
