Announcement regarding trading of shares

Following the completion of the extensive review of PT Berau's financial position and the announcement of the Company's financial results for 2012 released this morning, the Company continues to enhance its internal systems and controls. This process, which includes an external third-party review, is well advanced and upon its completion, which is expected before the Company's AGM on 26 June 2013, the Board will apply for the resumption of trading in the shares of the Company.
