A N N O U N C E M E N T

Regarding public procurement contract no. 13384/2016 for turnkey project "Development of Iernut Power Plant by Building a New Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant", Societatea Nationala de Gaze Naturale ROMGAZ S.A. informs its shareholders and investors upon the following:

Whereas the work completion term stipulated in the aforementioned contract has not been met and it expired on December 26, 2020, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. decided not to give effect to the term extension request submitted by the Consortium consisting of DURO FELGUERA S.A. and S.C. ROMELECTRO S.A.

S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. will identify the necessary solutions to complete and comission Iernut Power Plant and will continue to inform the capital market regarding this investment.
