U.S.$700,000,000 6.250 per cent. Guaranteed Amortising Notes due 2028 (the "Notes") issued by State Road Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) ("Ukravtodor") and guaranteed by Ukraine, represented by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine acting upon instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (the "Guarantor")

 

Following Ukraine's announcement of a consent solicitation exercise with respect to its outstanding Eurobonds on 20 July 2022, Ukravtodor is currently assessing its liability management options in relation to its Notes guaranteed by the Guarantor. Upon the completion of this assessment, it is likely that a similar liability management exercise will follow with respect to such Notes in the near future.
