Regency Mines, the mining exploration and mineral investment company with interests in nickel and other minerals in Western Australia, Queensland, Papua New Guinea and Pakistan, notes the movement in its share price and the announcement made today by its 20.58% owned associate company Red Rock Resources plc (AIM:RRR) ("Red Rock"). In this announcement Red Rock announced the exercise of options over 51% of the issued share capital of Red Rock's partner Mineras Four Points SA.
