Announcement re: Cambridge Road Estate, Kingston

Countryside Properties PLC ("Countryside"), a leading UK home builder specialising in placemaking and regeneration, is pleased to announce its selection as the preferred development partner of Kingston Council to work with the council and local residents on the regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate. This project will deliver approximately 2,000 mixed-tenure homes over the next 10-12 years.

Commenting on the announcement, Graham Cherry, Chief Executive of Countryside Partnerships South said: "We are thrilled to have been selected and look forward to working with Kingston Council on the next stage of the procurement process to finalise the contracts for this vitally important project.
