(a sino-foreign joint stock limited company incorporated in the People's Republic of China) (Stock Code: 991) Announcement on Resolutions of the Eighth Meeting of the Fifth Session of the Supervisory Committee This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.09(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The StockExchange of Hong Kong Limited. The eighth meeting of the fifth session of the Supervisory Committee (the "Meeting") of Datang International PowerGeneration Co., Ltd. (the "Company") was held by way of written correspondence on 11 May 2007. There were foursupervisors eligible for attending the Meeting and four of them attended the Meeting. The Meeting was in compliancewith the provisions stipulated in the Company Law and the articles of association of the Company. The followingresolutions were approved unanimously at the Meeting: The nomination of Mr. Zhang Wantuo and Mr. Fu Guoqiang as candidates for the sixth session of the supervisory committeeof the Company was approved. Voting results: 4 voted in favour, 0 voted against and 0 abstained. Pursuant to the resolution of the Staff Representative Congress of the Company, Mr. Zhang Jie and Mr. Shi Xiaofan wereelected as supervisors representing the staff of the sixth session of the supervisory committee of the Company.
