Announcement on Resignation of Director
The Board of Directors of SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (the "Company") has recently received the resignation from Mr. Li Junxi, a director of the Company. Mr. Li intends to resign from his positions as a director, a member of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee due to work adjustments, and confirms that there is no disagreement between him and the Board of Directors nor matters requiring the attention of the Company's shareholders or creditors.
In accordance with relevant provisions of the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Articles of Association, Mr. Li Junxi's resignation letter takes effect upon receipt by the Board of Directors of the Company. His resignation will not affect the normal progress of the Company's related work. The Company will, according to the Articles of Association and relevant regulations, promptly initiate the process for electing a new director.
The Board of Directors acknowledges Mr. Li Junxi's contributions during his tenure, commends his dedication in advancing the Company's development over the years, and expresses sincere gratitude for his efforts.
