The board of directors (the "Board") and all directors (the "Directors") of the Company warrant that there are no false representations and misleading statements contained in, or material omissions from, this announcement, and severally and jointly accept the responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the content of this announcement.
The first meeting of the seventh session of the Board of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (the "Company") has considered and approved the "Resolution on the Election of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Seventh Session of the Board", and Mr Liu Shunda was elected Chairman of the seventh session of the Board (details of which please refer to the announcement of the Company dated 20 August 2010). Pursuant to the articles of association of the Company, it is stipulated that the Chairman of the Board of the Company shall be the legal representative of the Company. The Company has recently completed the registration procedures of the change of legal representative with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Mr Liu Shunda is therefore the legal representative of the Company at present.
