Αthens, November 18, 2025 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE" or the "Company") announces that, Mr. Evriviadis Sarsentis, Mergers Acquisitions & Investors Relations Director OTE Group, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 18.11.2025, sold on 17.11.2025, 1,500 shares, at an average price of €16.8574 for a total value of €25,286.10.

On the same day in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, Mr. Evriviadis Sarsentis purchased 1,500 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €16.8334 for a total value of €25,250.08 on 17.11.2025.
