Athens, June 21, 2018 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE S.A." or the "Company"), in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that:
On 20/6/2018, the Company proceeded with the transfer (Over-The-Counter) of 23,000 own shares to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Michael Tsamaz, in the context of the implementation of the Share Matching Plan, as approved by the Company's Shareholders' General Meeting. According to this plan, OTE S.A. transferred those shares at zero cost, following Chief Executive Officer's purchase of equal number of OTE S.A. shares (through the stock exchange) in the year 2015 and their holding for 3 years.
In the above context, Mr. Michael Tsamaz, on 20/6/2018 notified the Company that on 20/6/2018 he acquired 23,000 OTE shares according to the terms of the Plan.
These shares represent 0.005% of the Company's paid-up share capital. Following the transfer, the Company holds 3,770,727 own shares, 0.769% of the total shares of the Company.
