("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, Mr. Charalampos Mazarakis, Chief Financial Officer OTE Group, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 18.11.2025, on the same day (18.11.2025) purchased 4,170 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €16.7100 for a total value of €69,680.70.
