On 17th July 2017, Schroders Plc notified OTE S.A. that on 13th July 2017, its (indirect) participation in the share capital of OTE S.A. and the corresponding voting rights indirectly held by it fell below the threshold of 5% of the share capital of the Company and voting rights. According to the relevant notification, the number of shares and the corresponding voting rights held by Schroders Plc is 24,210,125, which constitutes 4.939% of the total voting rights of OTE S.A. (compared to previous percentage of 5.023%), which Schroders Plc holds through the following controlled companies:
