("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, Mr. George Tsonis, Chief Technology Officer OTE Group, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 18.11.2025, purchased 1,320 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €16.8242 for a total value of €22,207.98 on 17.11.2025.
