("OTE S.A." or the "Company") announces that Mr. George Mavrakis, Executive Director Financial Operations OTE Group, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 26/08/2021, sold 10,000 shares of OTE S.A. for a total value of €165,000 on 25/08/2021.
