Announcement of Regulated Information

Αthens, December 21, 2018 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE S.A." or the "Company") announces that following the appointment of Kostas Nebis as President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hrvatski Telekom (HT) effective April 1, 2019, the composition of the Management Board of OTE Group will be modified as follows, effective January 1, 2019.

· Athanasios Stratos, currently Executive Director Customer Services Fixed & Mobile, will be promoted to Chief Customer Operations Officer of OTE Group. In his new position, Mr. Stratos will focus on the execution of an omni service and consumer sales delivery model, aligning all commercial customer-facing channel operations, enabling digital care with a human touch, so as to enhance customer value and experience excellence.

· Panayiotis Gabrielides, currently Consumer Marketing Director of OTE Group, will be promoted to Chief Marketing Officer Consumer Segment of OTE Group. In his new role, Mr. Gabrielides will focus on the growth of the Consumer Segment, shaping the end-to-end customer experience through brand, convergence and digitalization.

· Kostas Nebis will remain a member of the Management Board of OTE Group as Chief Officer - Advisor to the CEO on Commercial Issues, until March 31, 2019, to ensure a smooth transition.

All positions report to Michael Tsamaz, OTE Group Chairman and CEO.

Short CV of Mr. Stratos:

Mr. Stratos has extensive experience of more than 25 years in the Telecommunications industry, holding senior Executive positions in large corporations, both in Greece and abroad. He joined COSMOTE in 1998 and has assumed a number of managerial positions in OTE Group in the areas of sales and customer service. In parallel to his current role as Executive Director of Customer Services, he is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Group's subsidiaries, Cosmote E-value (since 2009) and E-Value International in Romania (since 2014), which operate in the Business Process Outsourcing sector.

Mr. Stratos holds a Bachelor of Business Management Degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Short CV of Mr. Gabrielides:

Mr. Gabrielides has more than 15 years of experience in Telecommunications and Marketing. He joined COSMOTE in 2003 and since then has taken various management positions in Consumer Marketing of fixed and mobile products and services. Prior to joining OTE Group, Mr. Gabrielides has worked as a Sales Executive in the Financial Information Systems industry, namely in the multinational companies Reuters and Dow Jones Markets.

Mr. Gabrielides holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras. In addition, he holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Data Communications, Networks and Distributed Systems from the University of London (UCL).
