("OTE S.A." or the "Company") announces that, Mr. Tabourlos Panagiotis, independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors, according to his transaction notification towards the Company dated 07/03/2018, bought, on 02/03/2018, 1,500 shares of OTE S.A. for a total value of €17,085.00.
