("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, Mr. Ioannis Konstantinidis, Chief Strategy, Transformation & Wholesale Officer OTE Group, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 20.11.2025, purchased 2,405 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €16.6400 for a total value of €40,019.20 on 19.11.2025.
