(OTE S.A. or Company), announces that Mr. Ioannis Mamakos, OTE Group Head of Investor Relations Subdivision, according to his transaction notification towards the Company dated 4/07/2017, sold, on 3/07/2017, 6,500 shares of OTE S.A. for a total value of €69,460.00.
