Αthens, May 20, 2021 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE S.A." or the "Company") announces that Mr. Michael Tsamaz, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of OTE, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 19/05/2021, purchased 470 shares of OTE S.A. for a total value of €6,948.95 on 18/05/2021.
