ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROXY STATEMENT

Signet Jewelers Limited ('Signet') announces that as from yesterday the Proxy Statement incorporating the Notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting is available on its website - www.signetjewelers.com/shareholders. The 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at Rosewood Tucker's Point, 60 Tucker's Point Dr., Hamilton Parish, HS 02, Bermuda at 11:00am (Atlantic Time) on June 13, 2014.

The Proxy Statement was filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday. Additionally, a copy of the Proxy Statement, the form of proxy and form of direction for use at the 2014 Annual General Meeting, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: (www.hemscott.com/nsm.do).
