ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROXY STATEMENT

Signet Jewelers Limited ('Signet') announces that as from today the Proxy Statement incorporating the Notice of the 2013 Annual General Meeting is available on its website - www.signetjewelers.com/shareholders. The 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at Elbow Beach Hotel, 60 South Shore Road, Paget Parish, Bermuda at 11:00am (Atlantic Time) on June 14, 2013.

The Proxy Statement was filed with United States Securities and Exchange Commission today. Additionally, a copy of the Proxy Statement, and the form of proxy and form of direction for use at the 2013 Annual General Meeting, have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: (www.hemscott.com/nsm.do).
