Announcement of Preliminary Results

British Sky Broadcasting Group plc will be announcing Preliminary Results for the twelve months ended 30 June 2012 via RNS, at 7.00 a.m. (BST) on Thursday 26 July 2012.

There will be a presentation for analysts and investors at 8.45 a.m. (BST) at Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London, E1 6AD.
