Announcement of Corporate Investor Relations Conference Calls

North River Resources is pleased to announce that, as part of its investor relations programme, it has scheduled shareholder conference calls on the following calendar dates in 2015 in line with its commitment to interact regularly with its shareholder and stakeholder base.

Shareholder conference calls will be held on:

· Tuesday 30 June, 2015 - 09h00 BST

· Tuesday 1 September, 2015 - 09h00 BST

· Tuesday 3 November, 2015 - 09h00 GMT

Further conference calls will be held on a regular basis beyond the dates outlined above with details to follow in due course. The conference calls will be hosted by Managing Director James Beams.

Further details on dial in and participation in these conference calls will be provided in due course and those with questions can submit them ahead of the next call via email to the Company's public relations advisers, St Brides Partners Ltd, at [email protected].
