Announcement of First Order from New Customer

PeerTV plc (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions, announces that its subsidiary PeerTV Limited has signed an agreement to provide its hardware and software solutions to a distributor of international programming.

Under the agreement, PeerTV will supply its iQ4 Quad Core Android Set Top Boxes (STBs) which includes a natural TV-like experience user interface. In addition, PeerTV will provide integration and maintenance of its Device Management System and Customer Management System software which together provide a complete environment for the operator to control the STBs and end user offerings, as well as an ongoing annual 'per Box' contract to maintain all software supplied by PeerTV.

Finally, the agreement includes provisions for the upgrading of existing units from another provider that are already in the field, which will result in a common platform and experience for all the operator's customers.

The customer is a privately held West European based company which launched ethnic OTT services in 2014 targeting both tourists and expats seeking quality TV content in their native language.

The receipt of this initial order, which is for US$28,000, followed two months' discussions and negotiations, during which PeerTV was able to demonstrate various compelling advantages over the customer's original integrator.
