The Issuer hereby wishes to announce that, in connection with the completion of its previously announced restructuring of its indebtedness, it has requested the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin, to remove the Notes detailed above, which were cancelled in their entirety on 26 April 2018, from the Global Exchange Market of the Euronext Dublin.

This is effective from the date hereof.
