The Issuer hereby wishes to announce that pursuant to the exercise of an Issuer Call the Notes have been redeemed in full and the Issuer requests the Irish Stock Exchange to remove and delist the Notes from the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange effective immediately.
