Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Wireless Group PLC (the "Company") has today published and sent to all shareholders a circular (the "Circular") in relation to the proposed return of cash to shareholders and accompanying share consolidation.

The return of cash is subject to the approval of shareholders and, accordingly, the Circular contains a notice convening a general meeting of the Company which is to be held at 10 a.m. on 23 March 2016 at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL.

A copy of the Circular, which contains the Notice of General Meeting, will shortly be available for viewing on the Company's website at www.wirelessgroupplc.com. A copy of the Circular has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism's website http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
