Announcement of Adjournment of General Meeting

Further to its announcement of 20 April 2015, as a result of recent developments, the Board of ARMS intends to adjourn the General Meeting of the Company convened for 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 22 April 2015 in connection with the Open Offer.

The Board will provide further updates, including the period of adjournment, as appropriate.

Terms not defined in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the prospectus published by ARMS on 31 March 2015 relating to the Open Offer.
