Announcement of Acquisition of Shares - correction

On 6 November 2014 ARM Holdings plc (the "Company") announced that:

1. On 27 October 2014 certain directors and PDMRs acquired shares in the Company through automatic reinvestment of dividends on shares that previously vested under the Long Term Incentive Plan or the Deferred Annual Bonus Plan and are still held in the administrator's account. There is no change to this part of the announcement.

2. On 31 October 2014 certain PDMRs acquired shares under the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP"). Unfortunately the number of shares acquired under the ESPP was overstated and the correct numbers are set out below.
