Further to the Company's announcement on 6 January 2021 relating to the appointment of Martin Gilbert as Deputy Chairman of the Company, the Company makes the following disclosures in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13R.

Martin Gilbert is a director of the following publicly quoted companies:

Martin Gilbert is also the Chairman of Revolut Limited and the Chairman of Toscafund Asset Management.

During the previous five year period, Martin Gilbert was a director of the following publicly quoted companies:

Further, in accordance with LR9.6.11R (1), Martin Gilbert will be a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
