River and Mercantile Group PLC ("the Company") makes an announcement in accordance with LR9.6.11R

River and Mercantile Group PLC ("the Company") announces that Mike Faulkner, Group CIO, and Jack Berry, Global Head of Complex Clients, have confirmed their intention to step down from the Board at the Company's AGM on 9 December 2019.

This change allows Mike Faulkner the time to be fully focussed on the development of our broader investment thinking as Group CIO and the management of the Global Macro strategy. This will also allow Jack Berry to focus on the development of the Solutions business and in particular to focus on his growing complex client base.
