A N N O U N C E M E N T

The management of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. organizes on April 30, 2015, at 1:30 PM (Romania time), a conference call with analysts and investors for presenting the financial annual results of 2014.

The conference call will be held in English and it is a presentation of financial results followed by a Q&A session.

Participation to the event will be possible based on the registration form that has to be filled in on the Company's website at the Investors Relation → News and Events section until April 30, 2015, 12:00 (Romania time). Such form will be available starting from April 24, 2015.
