TR-1 Announcement by Vlarenhill Ltd
Volga Gas (the "Company") notes that Vlarenhill Ltd., has today informed the Company that it no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company. As disclosed in the Company's Admission Document dated 19 April 2007 Vlarenhill is 50% owned by Vladimir Koshcheev, a director of the Company.
The Company wishes to clarify that Mr. Koshcheev remains the beneficial owner of 866,550 ordinary shares of the Company and was not a beneficial owner of any of the shares sold.
