The Board of JKX Oil & Gas PLC ("JKX") has noted the announcement made today by Proxima Capital Group Inc. ("Proxima") regarding its requisition notice upon JKX.

The Board repeats an offer made in a letter from its Chairman, Nigel Moore, to Proxima on 9 October 2015 to meet to discuss the position.
