Announcement by Plutus re. Attune Energy
Paternoster is pleased to note the announcement yesterday in relation to one of its investments, Plutus Resources plc ("Plutus").
Plutus announced yesterday that it has acquired a 25% interest in Attune Energy Ltd ("Attune"). Attune is a newly formed company set up for the purpose of generating power from flexible stand by power generation farms and generate revenues through the sale of this power to established national energy suppliers during periods of peak electricity demand or grid instability.
