Anne Fahy appointed Non-Executive Director at Coats Group plc

Interserve, the international support services and construction group, announces that Non-Executive Director, Anne Fahy, will join the Board of Coats Group plc (LSE: COA), the world's leading industrial thread manufacturer, as a Non-Executive Director on 1 March 2018. In addition, she will join Coats' Audit and Risk Committee, and Nomination Committee. Anne will become Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee on 16 May 2018.

Anne was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Interserve in January 2013, has chaired Interserve's Audit Committee since May 2013 and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
