ANNE FAHY APPOINTED NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AT STHREE

Interserve, the international support services and construction group, announces that Non-Executive Director Anne Fahy will join the board of SThree (LSE: STHR), the international specialist staffing business, as a Non-Executive Director from October 1, 2015.

Anne will chair SThree's Audit Committee and also become a member of the Nomination Committee.

Anne was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Interserve in January 2013 and has chaired Interserve's Audit Committee since May 2013.
