Anchor Partnership with Create Yorkshire

Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, notes the press release today of Makin Enterprises, who are seeking feedback on a plan to build a creative hub, to be known as 'Create Yorkshire', on land at the former RAF Church Fenton (the "Project").

By moving all existing operations to the new site, Paragon will be a major anchor partner in the Project, which is being described as the first step in a long-term strategy for the development of Create Yorkshire.

The vision for Create Yorkshire builds on the success of the film and television studios already at the site, home to ITV's hit TV show Victoria.
