A N N O U N C E M E N T

The management of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. organizes on April 30, 2014 the analysts and investors meeting for presenting the financial annual results of 2013. The date of May 6, 2014 established previously for this scope, as provided by the Financial Communication Calendar for 2014, is thus modified.

The event will be held in Bucharest at Intercontinental Hotel, 4 Nicolae Balcescu Boulevard, Rapsodia Conference Room, Ist floor, starting at 10:00 AM (Romania time).

There will be also a conference call in English, on the same day, starting at 04:00 PM (Romania time).

Participation in the event will be possible on basis of the registration form that has to be filled in on the Company's website at the Investors Relation → News and Events section until April 28, 2014, 04:00 PM (Romania time), which will be available starting from April 10, 2014.
