Whitbread PLC16 November 2006 16th November 2006 Whitbread Analyst and Investor Day At their Investor Day today Whitbread will outline Costa's plans to double itsprevious target of 1000 stores by 2010. The company now expects to grow fromaround 650 stores today to a total of 2000 stores in the next five years. Thenew stores will be opened both in the UK and international markets. The Investor Day will comprise presentations on each of the four Whitbreadbusinesses. The presentations will be audio-webcast from 1445 at http://www.whitbread.co.uk/investors/.
