Maidenhead, U.K. - Thursday 3 May 2012 - SDL plc, the leading provider of Global Information Management solutions, is hosting an Analyst and Investor teach-in this afternoon at the offices of FTI Consulting providing more information on SDL's strategy and innovation, as well as additional context to the Alterian acquisition which completed on 27 January 2012. As SDL celebrates its 20th anniversary since its foundation, the session will also demonstrate how the Company has evolved as well as its vision and strategy to drive the business forward.

A series of presentations will be given by the senior management team. No new material trading or financial information will be disclosed.
