Analyst and Investor Site Visit and Presentation
Mears is hosting a site visit and presentation for analysts and investors today at Mears Peterborough, the Group's operational centre for its partnership with Cross Keys Homes which manages 10,000 homes across Peterborough providing a broad range of affordable rented properties for single people, families and older people.
Mears will be presenting on its Social Housing and Domiciliary Care divisions and the markets in which they operate. No new material information will be provided.
Mears is sole partner provider to Cross Keys Homes from its co-location operations in Peterborough providing all housing related activities including:
30,000 repairs, 900 voids, 8000+ safety checks per year) - c.£15m annual spend
Joint community projects (infrastructure, enablement, participation)
Joint environmental projects
Training academy for local employment
