ANALYST AND INVESTOR SITE TOUR

The UNITE Group plc, the UK's largest developer and manager of student accommodation, is today hosting a site tour for analysts and investors in London. The visit will include a tour of its recently completed assets, Moonraker Point in SE1 and North Lodge in Tottenham, N17, and its development site in Stratford. The Company will be giving a short presentation at each of the sites but no new material information will be disclosed.
