Amino Technologies plc ("Amino" or the "Company") (LSE:AMO), theCambridge based broadband network software and systems company ispleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of KeithTodd, CBE, as non-executive chairman and director. £ Mr. Todd, aged 53, is executive chairman and CEO of FFastFill plc;a software and services company focused on the capital markets andnon-executive chairman of Magic Lantern, a new media company supplyingthe broadband market. £ Keith served as non-executive chairman of the UK BroadbandStakeholder Group for three years from February 2002. The groupincluded the key stakeholders, both from the public sector andindustry and is focused on identifying actions that will acceleratethe adoption of broadband services in the UK. He was alsonon-executive chairman of Easynet plc, a broadband services company,until January 2006 when it was sold to B-Sky-B and of E C Soft, whichwas sold to Cyber Inc. in January 2003. £ He was previously chief executive of ICL plc from 1996 to 2000(now Fujitsu Services) and was responsible for the transformation ofICL from a hardware product company to a $4 billion revenue ITservices company. He held a number of other senior executive positionsin ICL and GEC Marconi defence businesses, including working in the USfor five years between 1981 and 1986.
