Vodafone Group Plc15 November 2005 AMERICA MOVIL AND VODAFONE PARTNER TO DELIVER INTERNATIONAL ROAMING SERVICES Vodafone, the world's leading mobile network operator, today announces it hassigned a ground-breaking, group wide Co-operation Agreement with America Movil,the leading mobile operator in the Latin American region, covering 53 countries* across the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia. Under the terms of the agreementAmerica Movil and Vodafone will deliver international roaming services tocustomers, together with dual-branded market communications. As part of the agreement, the companies will also seek to extend theirco-operation to offer harmonized customer service to their MultinationalCorporate clients. The mutually beneficial partnership will provide Vodafone, its subsidiaries,affiliates and Partner Network customers' with seamless access to Vodafone'sinternational mobile services whilst travelling in Latin America. Similarly,America Movil customers will enjoy the benefits of Vodafone's roaming servicesacross its extensive global footprint. Initial services available will includeVoice and GPRS Roaming services, Preferred Roaming and Virtual Home Environment.In a second stage, Prepaid Roaming and Prepaid Roaming Top-Up services will bemade available.
