JSC RusHydro announces that amendments to its Articles of Association have been registered
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: HYDR; MICEX, RTS and LSE) announces that on October 12th, 2009 authorized state agency registered amendments to RusHydro's Articles of Association as a result of the additional share issue in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
RusHydro's authorized equity capital now totals 269,695,430,802 rubles.
The resolution to increase the Company's authorized capital was adopted by RusHydro's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) (Minutes No. 2 of November 20th, 2008).
The report on the results of RusHydro's additional share issue (state registration number 1-01-55038-E-037D as of May 14th, 2009) was registered by Russia's Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFM) on September 24th, 2009.
In all, during the additional share issue, 14,681,412,135 additional shares with a par value of 1 ruble per share were placed.
